Instructions for Essential Oils Application:
1.Dilute oils in 2 to 4 oz of Jojoba or Grape seed oil, with 10 -15 droper applied oils into the container and shake vigorously. carefully apply. Watch for any adverse reaction, ie. redness rash etc. If none appear then continue.
2.Place oils on your wrist pulse points.
3.Place under and behind each ear.
4.Place a drop on your central forehead.( third eye Chakra point.)
5.Put them on your Crown, at the top of your head.
6.Place some individually, where you are having the most difficulty, 2-3 times a day. After the application LIE OR SIT still for 10 or 15 min and breath, this would also be a good time to journal.
7.Call me for a refill when the oils get down to a quarter of a bottle so that you don’t run out.
